2007学年度第一学期广州市小学英语科研讨课例 Success with English, Book 7 ---《Welcome to Our Class!》 越秀区中星小学英语科 胡玉华 一.教学内容分析: 本节课是小学英语第七册Module 3的一节综合实践活动课,内容是复习以往学过的休闲活动的词汇和短语。学生通过游戏、小组讨论等方式总结出邀请用语。教学以party为主线,通过对外国一些流行party文化的渗透学习,运用小组协作,联系生活,把动词短语与邀请用语进行综合运用。 二.教学对象分析: 本班学生从三年级开始学习英语,学习的积极性较好,喜欢合作性学习,但部分学生不太愿意开口交流,说的能力较弱。教师在课堂上应多采取小组活动、游戏等不同的教学形式来激发学生说的意愿,以大胆、能力强的学生来带动腼腆害羞的学生,以点带面地进行小组合作性学习,活动的多样性使有限的课堂教学(40分钟)效果更佳,学生的语言输出量大大增加。 三.教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标: 1)动词短语与邀请用语的复习。 2)复习各类生活话题:运动、动物、音乐、食物、娱乐以及花卉 3)认识更多形形色色的party文化,拓展学生视野。 2. 语言技能目标: 1)能用学过的知识运用语言进行交流。 2)能就“邀请活动”的话题进行交流。 3. 情感态度目标: 通过对各种休闲活动的总结与复习,开展有趣的兴趣小组活动;学生通过小组合作,运用各种学习渠道收集并自主整合学习资料;培养学生组织、宣传和策划活动的能力。 4. 学习策略目标: 1)学会在小组中合作完成学习任务。 2)在策划和组织活动的过程中学会分工合作、发挥各自特长的合作学习方法。 四.教学策略: 1. 教师利用现有的图片与动画资源,制成课件,通过师生互动交流,引导学生之间自然的对话交流。 2. 学生通过课前总结与归纳,学会通过各种渠道获取知识的能力。 3. 课堂活动和游戏的设计,加强了学生对已学知识的巩固和运用。 4. 开展小组活动,老师指导学生通过感知、体验、合作等方式完成学习任务。 五.教学重点与难点: 1. 表示邀请、建议与征求意见的句型。 2. 设计邀请卡与海报宣传的制作。 六.教学媒体: 教学软件、邀请用语句型卡片、邀请卡与设计的宣传海报。 七.教学过程: (一)Leading-in 1. Show the title: Welcome to Our Class! T: Today, there are so many English teachers here. They are going to learn with us. So let’s say Welcome to Our Classs! OK, today we are going to learn Module 3 Invitation, Unit 9 Welcome to Our Class! (教师呈现本节课的学习主题) 2. Song: Weekend (师生一起唱歌,热身,同时让学生感知本节课要学习与活动有关的知识。) (二) Pre-task 1. Free talk: What do you usually do at the weekend? All of you do different things at the weekend. Different people like to do different activities at the weekend. (师生交谈,教师引导学生回忆学过的动词短语。) 2. Discuss in groups: If people like animals, what do they like to do at the weekend? What about people like music (flowers, food, sports and games)? (学生明确本节课的学习内容。学生小组讨论不同的人在周末最愿意干的事情,并总结出各类动词短语,为后面的活动作好大量的语言铺垫。) 3. Picture practice: Practise some activity phrases with pictures. (利用图片操练动词短语与邀请用语,让学生感知各类邀请用语;同时学习新词汇scooter, skateboard, jigsaw and puzzle) 4. Conclude the invitation sentences: T: How do you invite other people to do some thing? Can you tell me some sentences about invitation? (通过先感知,后小结的方法,老师引导学生总结归纳出已学的邀请用语。) (三)While-task: 1. Listening comprehension: An Invitation Card T: Today, I have received an invitation card from my American little friend Kitty. Here is the card. She invited me to enjoy a special party. Here are some words and phrases, listen to Kitty’s invitation letter, then choose these words and phrases to fill this invitation card. (教师出示邀请卡,听短文录音两次,选择词语填写邀请卡。同时学习special,让学生在听力练习当中接触邀请卡的正确填写方式,为作业作好准备。) 2. Did You Know? T: Do you like this special party? Look, I should wear like this to enjoy Kitty’s party. Do you like to come? In fact, there are many special parties in other countries. Here are some special facts about parties in foreign countries. (课件演示各种外国小朋友的派对。拓展学生的课外视野。) 3. Reading comprehension: A Poster for Football Party T: Do you want to enjoy these special parties? Maybe next Friday, November 9th, we are going to have a big special party like this. You have to invite your good friends from other schools. OK? As you know, different people like different things; we should have 6 clubs in our party. So, your friends can enjoy their favourite clubs at our party. Do you agree with me? Here are some clubs, Animal Club, Flower Club, Music Club, Sport Club, Food Club and Game Club. Before our party, what are we going to get ready for it? Let’s learn from Mike, he is going to have a party, too. What is he going to do for his party? Design A Poster T: This is Mike’s poster of the Football Party. Here is the title, the plan and the picture. Can you make a poster for our party next Friday? Here is the example of my poster. Can you? Who wants to enjoy the animal club? What about…? 5 minutes to make the poster in groups, please write down your plans together. Say, write, then read together. (教师提议下周五的特别party当中开设各种club,让学生自由组合,选择喜欢的club,然后design poster) (四)Post-task: 1. Show their works. 2. Invite all the teachers here. (并当场作宣传、拉票,邀请更多的人参加party里club。此过程需要学生主动邀请别人参加自己的兴趣小组,大胆而主动的邀请与宣传才能得到更多的票数。使整个交流活动达到高潮!) (五)Assessment: Ps make an assessment. (六)Homework: 1. Remember the activity phrase and the invitation sentences. 2. Make an invitation card of our party, then e-mail to your friends. 板书设计:
